With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please advise us as soon as possible and certainly within 14 days of receiving your goods and ensure you return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels and in sellable condition within 30 days of placing your order.
After a satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the goods (excluding initial shipping costs) upon receipt. Please note that in the case of goods qualifying for free delivery, the refund will be made nett of shipping costs initially absorbed by DUO Menswear Limited. For orders where shipping has been paid, refunds will be made nett of the difference between shipping charges paid by the customer and the actual amount paid by DUO Menswear Limited, where the actual amount is greater. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. DUO Menswear Limited is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Founded in Hawick in the Scottish Borders in 1874, Lyle and Scott know a thing or two about the manufacture of clothing. Starting off as knitwear specialists, for which it became renowned, the brand these days designs all aspects of a modern wardrobe, mixing classic menswear, sportswear and modern technical pieces.
The Plain T-Shirt from Lyle and Scott is fashioned from cotton jersey in a regular fit. The plain short sleeve tee has a ribbed collar and is completed by their signature golden eagle at the chest.
The fit of this tee is regular so your usual size should be ideal.
